Meet the Lettings Team

Claire is a director at Merrick Binch Lettings and loves spending time with friends and family and going to concerts in her spare time.

Claire has vast experience in managing a wide range of properties in the Coventry area and has built a reputation for excellent customer service.

Steve Wood is husband to Claire and is a director at Merrick Binch Lettings.

In his spare time Steve plays guitar and writes his my own music and loves watching the football.

Anna works on the lettings side of Merrick Binch. Anna is the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office at Hearsall Lane.

In Anna’s spare time she enjoys socialising and spending time with friends.

Sam works on the lettings side of Merrick Binch showing prospective tenants around our range of properties.

She enjoys concerts and music festivals.

Sarah is responsible for the collection and payment of rents from tenants to landlords.

She is the newly proud grandmother to Jay, a beautiful baby boy. Sarah is Coventry born and bred.

Louise is the first point of contact for anyone visiting the lettings office at Hearsall Lane.

She enjoys listening to music, reading and socialising with friends, family and her partner.

Louise gained a first class honours degree in Psychology and Counselling and is now involved in child-based voluntary work in the Coventry area.
